Using my blog to try and make the world a better place. If I can make someone forget their troubles for a few minutes a day, it's all worth it.

I watch the ripples change their size, but never leave the stream of warm impermanent sand. So the days flow through my eyes but still the days seem the same. And these children that you spit on as they try to change their world are immune to your consultations. They're quite aware of what they're going through.

Sing a song, sing out loud, sing out strong.

Sing a song, sing out loud, sing out strong.
Sing of good things, not bad. Sing of happy, not sad. Sing a song, make it simple to last your whole life long. Don't worry that it's not good enough for anyone else to hear, just sing a song.

Never again. Ever.

In the late '70s, I went on a double ferris wheel with my cousins Janice and Paula. When our wheel started to rise to the top, I totally panicked. I came off lookin' pretty bad that day...

I should've known better. I've always hated heights.

OMG! I went on the Double Ferris Wheel as a kid at Rocky Point Amusement Park in Rhode Island. I almost craped my pants. I've done every roller coaster in the US (well almost) and to this day, this was one of the scariest rides I've been on. Thanks for the great post

I get vertigo just looking up at high places even standing on the ground. Why I let them talk me into that I'll never know
