These came out around 1974. It was a very successful line for Mego. I thought they were cool, but owning them was out of the question because they were considered, by my parents, to be dolls. They sell for a small fortune MIB. If I had known back then how much our stuff would be worth today, I would have bought one of everything. ....Click pic for larger image.
