Um, there were no yachts, people...

In the '70s, my grandparents who lived in Chatham were members of the Allen Harbor Yacht Club in Harwich Port, Massachusetts. It was designated as a yacht club, but not one single member of the club owned a yacht. Nobody. My grandparents owned a 20' motor boat that they used to take out and drink on. I think a couple of people had small sailboats, but no yachts. I doubt anybody to this day owns a yacht, but whatever.

Of course you look like bobby Brady, I think. I guess. Hmm. :-)
I was forced to endure the Lawrence Wels show too, and I'm sure that's what's wrong with me.
Love your blog, from another 70s child. I'm your newest blog follower, and it's nice to "meet" you.
By the way, I'm working on a novel set in the 70's, so I'll be back to your blog whenever I need inspiration. :-)
