We were young but we remember being told that we cannot go "where-ever" .. because of "Gas Rationing" Long Lines and "Odd And Even Days"... "We will have to wait till tomorrow to be able to buy gas".... and we have to get there Early (and eve "Early", there were hours waiting....

I was born in 71 but I do remember waiting in the gas lines for hours. My mother would give me a bunch of books and I would sit in the massive backseat and we would wait. Then the next day she would take my dad's car and fill it up.

Dr. T.: How we lived through it I'll never know....

SA: Yeah back seats were massive back then, but then again everything seemed bigger.
