Using my blog to try and make the world a better place. If I can help someone forget their troubles for a few minutes a day, it's all worth it.

I watch the ripples change their size, but never leave the stream of warm impermanent sand. So the days flow through my eyes but still the days seem the same. And these children that you spit on as they try to change their world are immune to your consultations. They're quite aware of what they're going through.

Who can take a 'nothing' day, and suddenly make it all seem worthwile?

Nothing takes me back to "the day" like when I watch this show. It is (was) TOTAL 70's. It was a groundbreaker, for sure.

And this is Mary's ultra-70's singles pad. Do note that, although this apartment boasts a balcony with french doors, Mary never once used it. I could never figure out why. Click on plan for larger image.

I think Mary was afraid of falling. Or being pushed.

This brought back some memories. I used to watch this show all the time. I can't remember how much of a run the MTM show had on UK TV. I just remembered the DVD show too.
She is an excellent actress, easily ranking with Lucille Ball.

YES! I am! My goal is to post at least once a week, which NOW has been at least a few days, means I'm running behind already. I will press onward, though...
