Mead 'Data Center' notebooks:







I remember these circa '78, but apparently they came out as early as '75. I had a couple: one had hot-air balloons on the cover, and another was a solid maroon color. They weren't very durable as I recall, and it's almost impossible to find an example in decent shape like the above. The above pics were taken from an eBay listing which is still active. Apparently the original owner had a "thing" for flower stickers, not that there's anything wrong with that....

had gotten mine in 76' at the start of school...
.. did not use any "stickers"... but did draw skulls on the folders...

I'm guessing your notebook's cover had a different pattern on it as well. You don't seem the "safari motif" type..

So many people had them yet they're so hard to find these days
