Using my blog to try and make the world a better place. If I can help someone forget their troubles for a few minutes a day, it's all worth it.

I watch the ripples change their size, but never leave the stream of warm impermanent sand. So the days flow through my eyes but still the days seem the same. And these children that you spit on as they try to change their world are immune to your consultations. They're quite aware of what they're going through.

Kismet

In the early 70's, our family played this game CONSTANTLY. It was basically Yahtzee. This is a pic of the game I purchased on eBay to give to mom this past Christmas.

Why didn't you just buy Yahtzee? LOL.

Hahahaa! Well, Lynda, because THIS is the game we used to play. They don't make it anymore. It's over 40 years old. Geez, do I have to explain EVERYthing?????? Man....

Oh my God. My mom and grandma would play this all the time. I didn't think anyone else knew about Kismit. I thought they had the only copy of the game ever made.

Could we be related?

Hours and hours and hours of playing Kismet when I was a kid. I wonder if my mom still has it buried in a closet somewhere....
