For the record:

I played Monopoly a lot, and not once do I ever remember anyone choosing the iron. And nobody never referred to it as "stud boy". Nobody wanted that token.

I always either had the top hat or the car.

I always had the dog. For some reason nobody ever fought me for it

God, we played a LOT of Monopoly back in the day! That an any other board game. I recall playing a lot of "Sorry" and "Life" too. In the '80's we played a lot of "Trivial Pursuit".

I always wanted the car or the dog. The top hat was my third choice. We'd roll the dice to see who got first choice.

Seems like EVERY time you played Monopoly someone would say "Hey, wouldn't it be great if all this money was REAL!!!" LOL

My folks never cared for the game but played it a lot with my friends. Nobody wanted to be the banker.
