Using my blog to try and make the world a better place. If I can help someone forget their troubles for a few minutes a day, it's all worth it.

I watch the ripples change their size, but never leave the stream of warm impermanent sand. So the days flow through my eyes but still the days seem the same. And these children that you spit on as they try to change their world are immune to your consultations. They're quite aware of what they're going through.

I was just thinking about...

... Fannie Flagg. She was a regular on various game shows back in the day. She was also on Candid Camera. Once they set her up as a lady working in an information booth in a mall, and she didn't know anything. It was hillarious watching people get exasperated with her, she was funny as hell. I think she's an author now. She's one classy lady.

She wrote Fried Green Tomatoes which was made into a movie that my wife loves. She wasn't as fond of the book.
