Using my blog to try and make the world a better place. If I can help someone forget their troubles for a few minutes a day, it's all worth it.

I watch the ripples change their size, but never leave the stream of warm impermanent sand. So the days flow through my eyes but still the days seem the same. And these children that you spit on as they try to change their world are immune to your consultations. They're quite aware of what they're going through.

Come to think of it:

It must've been 40 years since I've had a candy necklace. I used to get them all the time. A couple of times I thought of buying one to see if they taste the same, but at 45 years old it just seems weird now. I could tell the cashier "it's for my daughter", but that even makes it more weird...

Please, just do it. Who cares what the cashier thinks? Do it for yourself.

I'm with CJo. Just buy it! You KNOW you don't have to explain anything to the cashier, right?

Luckily for me, it hasn't been that long since I'VE had one. I used to buy them for my babies at school all the time. =)
