Using my blog to try and make the world a better place. If I can make someone forget their troubles for a few minutes a day, it's all worth it.

I watch the ripples change their size, but never leave the stream of warm impermanent sand. So the days flow through my eyes but still the days seem the same. And these children that you spit on as they try to change their world are immune to your consultations. They're quite aware of what they're going through.

Sing a song, sing out loud, sing out strong.

Sing a song, sing out loud, sing out strong.
Sing of good things, not bad. Sing of happy, not sad. Sing a song, make it simple to last your whole life long. Don't worry that it's not good enough for anyone else to hear, just sing a song.

I always wanted to live at a place that had a little garden with a pathway to a pond. Never happened, though. Well, maybe someday...

In 1976...

... I would watch Mighty Mouse cartoons when I came home from school. I vaguely remember the Jekyll and Hyde episode pictured above. I also remember an episode where a cat was freezing mice and selling them as popsicles....

I remember those cartoon booths that you would see in shopping malls - you would press a white button to watch a cartoon and usually they had Heckle and Jeckyll or Mighty Mouse. This was early 80s. I don't see those booths around anymore.

I was never allowed to use those. And they were only 25 cents, it's not like it would've broke the bank or anything..

I remember the "Here I come to save the day!" sort-of-Tarzan-yell he used to do just before he rescued Polly Pureheart.. what he saw in that chick I've no clue.. good thing she didn't catch him messing with that island chick on my post.. he'd have been so dead..

I much prefer 'Itchy and Scratchy', but that's just me. You know, the cartoon segment of 'The Simpsons' where the cat always dies a violent, painful death like being shredded in a blender, or falling from 100 feet onto a cactus and getting speared through the heart.. haha

.. everytime I think of that one I just crack up..
