I watch the ripples change their size, but never leave the stream of warm impermanent sand. So the days flow through my eyes but still the days seem the same. And these children that you spit on as they try to change their world are immune to your consultations. They're quite aware of what they're going through.

Random:

When I was a little younger than that kid, I ran away a couple of times, but I never got much further than a few houses down the road. Usually it was too close to dinner, and since I didn't have any money on me it just seemed a little too inconvenient to follow through on those days..

I was going to head out into the wilderness like in the movie "The Wilderness Family", but then I realized there was no wilderness nearby..
