Using my blog to try and make the world a better place. If I can help someone forget their troubles for a few minutes a day, it's all worth it.

I watch the ripples change their size, but never leave the stream of warm impermanent sand. So the days flow through my eyes but still the days seem the same. And these children that you spit on as they try to change their world are immune to your consultations. They're quite aware of what they're going through.

Misc. Remembrance:

In the early '70s, when my grandmother used to take me to the beach, she'd give me some change and have me go to the concession stand and get us each a frozen Milky Way bar. Do you have any idea how impossible it is to eat a frozen Milky Way bar? It was like trying to gnaw my way through a block of wood. It took me 15 minutes to not even get through half of it, and by then I'd give up and bury the other half in the sand while she wasn't looking.

I don't know why I just didn't buy something else. I hated frozen milky way bars.
