I watch the ripples change their size, but never leave the stream of warm impermanent sand. So the days flow through my eyes but still the days seem the same. And these children that you spit on as they try to change their world are immune to your consultations. They're quite aware of what they're going through.

Connect Four:

This was one of the few games that my folks and I could agree on. Nobody in our house didn't like playing it. Once in awhile you'd play with a poor loser and just as you're about to drop the winning checker the loser would move the trap bar so all the checkers would fall out so you couldn't actually claim victory. Of course, I never did that...

Played this with my kids, and got it for the grandkids this Christmas; they put aside their video games to play this! Not only that, but this is one of the few things, games or otherwise, that I haven't heard them fight over. Good call...
