The Magic Mirror:

I remember how excited I'd get when she called out my name. It was like she was looking right at me through the television, talking to me. In hindsight, it all seems kind of disturbing..

I used to hide behind the Lazy Boy so "Miss Judy" wouldn't see me. I thought she would tell my mom When I something bad.

Oh my god I hated this show. I was pure evil with that demonic bee and how she never ever called my name.

Kal: Did I mention she called my name more than once??? Did I??

OMG!!!! I was on Romper Room when I was about 5 years old. It was recorded at our local TV station and I begged my mom to let me be on it. I remember we had to take a snack and I brought peanut butter cookies with hershey kisses on top.

Israel: So did I. I was heartbroken when I found out it was all a sham..

Sunny: Why didn't you tell me that sooner? I love to hear stuff like that.

Romper Room was a good show, as I remember my mom getting my a pair of Romper Stompers. Although the really creepy part was seeing that clown popping out of the jack-in-the-box, but the pop goes the weasel song was good.

Romper stompers lost their appeal when I was forbidden to use them on the stairs.
