I loved story records as a kid. I had several: Snow White, Winnie The Pooh, Little Black Sambo, and The Wizard Of Oz. I know I had more, but can't remember the rest. I always did love a good story. The above record was put out by Cricket Records, but most of my records were Peter Pan records.

I loved to play those on my red, white and blue record player...
Never heard of little black sambo? I loved that story.

Remember close 'n play record players?
My go-to story records were the ones by Power Records, with a comic book and 45 record.
